Shipping & Returns

These terms apply to machines and equipment purchased from JD Vending Partners LLC. If anything here is unclear, contact us before you order and we will answer in writing.

1. Shipping & Delivery

• Free local pickup is available in the Phoenix and Scottsdale, Arizona area by appointment.
• Delivery is quoted separately based on your location and is not included in the listed machine price.
• We stock machines domestically in the United States. We confirm your expected timeline in writing when you place your order.
• Inspect your machine on delivery. Report any shipping damage to us and to the carrier within 48 hours, with photographs.

2. Warranty

Every machine includes a one-year limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

If a covered component fails, we will help identify the issue, source the replacement part, and coordinate repair or replacement at no parts cost to you. Contact your dedicated representative by phone, text, email or video and we will diagnose it with you.

The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorised modification, improper installation, power surges, liquid ingress, vandalism, theft, or normal cosmetic wear. It does not cover the products you choose to stock.

3. Returns & Cancellations

• Before shipment: you may cancel an order for a full refund at any time before the machine ships or is collected.
• After delivery: unused machines in original condition and packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return freight is the buyer's responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply for units that have been installed, wrapped or configured.
• Defective on arrival: if a machine arrives faulty, we replace or repair it at our cost. This is not treated as a return.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned machine.

4. No income or earnings guarantee

JD Vending Partners sells vending machines and provides setup, placement guidance and ongoing support. We do not guarantee any level of sales, revenue, profit or return.

What a machine generates depends on factors outside our control, including the location you secure, the products you choose to stock, your pricing, your restocking, local demand, competition and your own time and effort. Results vary significantly between operators, and some operators may not recover their investment.

Nothing on this website, in our materials, or in conversation with our team should be taken as a projection or guarantee of financial results.
